I received the J:DEW Green Moist Essence complimentary for review from an online Korean cosmetics and skincare shop, Q-depot. I have dry skin and wanted something that would provide moisture and/or brightening. Working with Q-depot, they were kind enough to give me three J:DEW options in the format of a face cream, emulsion or essence. I love the concentrated power of essences/serums so I opted for that choice and I’m very impressed thus far in my two weeks of testing. Key ingredients are organic aloe vera and green tea from Jeju Island and adenosine that will fade away wrinkles and bring firmness back to skin. And can I just say that I love, LOVE the lavender and bergamont scent it has? This product was a super surpriser because I wasn’t expecting much from a brand I’ve never heard of before. I received a second complimentary February 2016 3b (Beauty Beyond Borders) box for review/feedback purposes and I’m so glad to get reintroduced to this $12/month K-Beauty subscription service again! I tried 3b for three months as an unsponsored customer and you can read my prior reviews here in 2015. 3b wanted to get my honest opinions on their new offerings so I tried mostly everything in the bag in the past 2 weeks. February’s bag has a very hyped up product from Benton and Leaders’ most popular sheet mask. Click on to see the all the contents!
I received a complimentary January 2016 3b (Beauty Beyond Borders) box for review/feedback purposes last month and I’m so glad to get reintroduced to this $12/month K-Beauty subscription service again! I tried 3b for three months as an unsponsored customer and you can read my prior reviews here in 2015. 3b wanted to get my honest opinions on their new offerings and kindly sent me January and February boxes with no obligation to review. I was so excited to see a lot of great stuff in January’s bag that I decided to post an official review here and because I personally got to try ALL the items in the bag in the last 2 weeks. Jini Beauty is a new K-Beauty subscription service that sends you a box of curated skincare items for your specific skin type! They are the ONLY Korean beauty subscription service that currently sends out different boxes for Dry/Mature, Normal/Combination, Oily/Acne, and Sensitive/Troubled skin! They launched in February 2016 and I had the honor to review complimentary box for Dry/Mature skin in exchange for my honest review! The subscription is $24.95 month to month and you can pre-pay for three, six or twelve months and the amount per box decreases a bit the longer you commit. I am TRULY in love with this box and I’m already using everything to create a mini routine! Click to see everything in the box and what I loved about each item! View Post
I’m closing out my reviews on the Serendibeauty brand from Cupidrop today! Cupidrop asked me to review something from their online shop and I had to freedom to choose something that interested me. I chose two things from their Serendibeauty line because it offered two unique products that haven’t flooded the kbeauty market yet, the O2 Bubble Cleansing Pack and the Sparkling CO2 Mask Packs (carboxy masks).
I already reviewed the Serendibeauty O2 Bubble Cleansing Pack which uses the science behind fancy oxygen facials and you can read about it in that post.
Serendibeauty is a brand that offers spa salon techniques at home and this review will feature their Sparkling CO2 Mask Packs that mimic the carboxy therapy services offered at facial spas. This is a great way to #upgrade your sheet masking game! Click to read more about the Sparkling CO2 (Carboxy) Masks View Post
